About the Winter Fuel Payment
In the UK, a universal state benefit for fuel of between £200 and £300 is made to everyone over 60, depending on age & circumstances.

If you are fortunate enough not to depend on your Winter Fuel Payment to heat your home, you could donate part or all of it to help those less well-off.
How will your money be used?
Your donation will be collected by Wood U Waste and shared equally between the following Gloucestershire organisations working on the front-line to support those at risk of fuel poverty:
Our aim is to raise £10,000 which could be achieved if just 100 people donated £100. To date we have raised £6,000. Your donation can really make a difference.
